First Class Executive was formed in 1990 to provide a taxi service to business people and local individuals. Our aim is complete client satisfaction by ensuring that all pre-booked journeys are met on time and all local call outs within 15 minutes, so that our clients arrive at their destination relaxed and on time. Our drivers are always smartly dressed, polite, friendly, courteous and at all times helpful. By 1992 we had established a customer base with some prestigious accounts who solely used our service. It became apparent that many of our clients required a more discreet service that was more disposed to their business needs.
First Class Executive moved in 1993 with a view to meet this challenge and adapt its image to that of a discreet Private hire Company. All outward signs, plates and identifications were removed from the vehicles. With a new image, our emphasis upon First Class Service, came recognition that First Class Executive supported the discerning requirements expected from our customers.
