01 — The next Digital Construction Week
Use the June 2027 edition
Digital Construction Week's official current homepage states that the event is at Excel London on 23–24 June 2027. Its visitor page describes technology and innovation for architecture, engineering, construction and operations professionals. FCET records the selected day and the first fixed commitment. A seminar, demonstration, speaking call or supplier meeting sets a more useful arrival target than the exhibition title alone.
Architects, engineers, contractors, operators and information-management teams can follow different sessions and demonstrations. Each car carries named passengers, the first engagement and the contact authorised to approve a change. Colleagues share when hotel departures and first commitments align. Separate cars allow a speaker or exhibitor to report earlier while the rest of a project team keeps its own arrival and onward programme.

02 — Service on the day
Digital-project commitments stay correctly assigned
Each car keeps the project team, first session or demonstration and onward business address that belong to its own event-day schedule.
03 — A specialist digital event
Distinguish DCW from London Build and Futurebuild
Digital Construction Week focuses on digital tools and processes for the built environment. London Build is a separate construction, building-services and sustainability show in November 2026, while Futurebuild has its own May 2027 edition. Each booking keeps the exact event title and date. A meeting about one project or software platform can follow the show as a separate sector. The office, hotel or dinner address is recorded in full rather than allowing a general construction-event label to stand in for the destination.
Laptop bags, presentation cases, small models, demonstration devices and hotel luggage are declared with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including a later movement on which samples or cases have been collected. Large models, display structures, freight and specialist equipment require separate assessment. No item is accepted merely because it relates to a construction or technology exhibition.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at Excel London
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — Excel handover
Confirm the public reference for the booked time
FCET uses Excel London's published One Western Gateway address and the requested arrival to check a practical lawful public-road reference. The attendee keeps current organiser information for registration and the final walk to the appropriate event area. The return instruction includes an intended window, lead passenger and next complete address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public meeting reference before the team leaves its final session; no morning position is assumed to remain suitable.
FCET checks the 23–24 June 2027 edition, selected day, passenger groups, collections, first engagements, carried items and onward destinations. A programme change enters the transport plan through the authorised contact with a complete time and address. Journey cost follows the confirmed vehicles and sectors. Digital Construction Week and Excel London govern event admission, programme delivery and venue operation; FCET manages the passenger travel it confirms.
