01 — Local collections
Where we collect
FCET collects from homes, stations, offices, hotels and venues. Each guide distinguishes the local places that can change a journey. Give the door, entrance or public meeting point; for rail travel, include the station, service and expected arrival. For a multi-stop itinerary, name who joins at each call, which luggage moves onward and the deadline attached to the final destination. A town label gives context; the precise handover keeps the plan usable.
Send the full origin and destination, passenger mobile, required arrival, party size and luggage. Add any gate, reception, organiser direction or useful landmark, and list multiple household calls in travel order. FCET reviews the complete request before confirming the schedule and vehicle. For airport travel, include the flight and terminal; for an event, record the required arrival and current organiser instruction. Mark provisional collection times clearly so the confirmation separates fixed commitments from details still awaiting the passenger.
02 — Meet in the right place
Choose a clear meeting point
Name the station exit and rail service so passenger and car approach the same public meeting point. Allow time for the road from the exact address to the wider network. Provide the complete final destination and deadline. Share access notes early.
