For conferences and trade shows, include the first fixed commitment; for hospitality, add the host's instruction, every passenger's onward destination and any later collection window. We can plan one car, a larger vehicle, or coordinated cars for several collections across Berkshire, the Thames Valley, London and longer UK journeys.
