The service standard
One Salon Privé at Blenheim Palace itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The 2027 edition
Start with the current Blenheim dates
Salon Privé's official current site lists the next Blenheim Palace edition from Wednesday 1 to Sunday 5 September 2027. FCET records the passenger's selected date and ticket or hospitality commitment because the published programme changes across the five days. The organiser gives the site as Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire OX20 1UL. That establishes the named event venue, while the passenger's current Salon Privé information and the public road position available on the day govern the final approach.
Salon Privé describes automotive displays, concours activity and hospitality that vary by day. The journey therefore uses the actual dated ticket and the first commitment the passenger needs to meet, not a generic arrival copied across the entire edition. A hospitality welcome, scheduled display or guest meeting can create a different target. FCET works backwards through each home, hotel or office collection and records who can approve a change before travel begins.

03 — Blenheim context
Keep the event separate from a palace visit
A Salon Privé journey is not the same as a general Blenheim Palace day tour. The event name, 2027 date and passenger commitment stay with every instruction, while a sightseeing visit follows its own opening and admission plan. The palace address identifies the event site without assigning a particular entrance or waiting position. The chauffeur uses the current organiser and venue directions for the booked day.
Passenger count, day bags, formal clothing and hotel luggage are declared before vehicle selection. A return sector may carry more than the outward journey, so the booking uses the fullest planned load for its capacity check. First Class can suit one or two principals who want rear-cabin room. XL may suit a larger hospitality party or more declared belongings. Several cars can start at different addresses when each passenger group and onward destination is assigned clearly.
04 — Service on the day
The chosen Salon Privé day defines the itinerary
The five-day programme changes across the edition, so the booking holds the passenger's dated ticket, hospitality commitment and onward address alongside the event name.

Record dinner, hotel or home as a full address
The onward plan may continue to a hotel, dinner or home. Each movement carries its own passengers, intended time and complete destination, preventing the event venue from becoming a placeholder for an unconfirmed evening plan. The chauffeur checks the public road position available before FCET confirms a meeting reference with the lead passenger. The party stays together until the vehicle is identified, and the outward position is not represented as guaranteed for collection.
Before travel, FCET checks the 1–5 September 2027 edition, selected day, passenger list, collections, belongings and onward addresses. Any later organiser update or ticket change is attached only to that dated journey. Journey cost follows the agreed car and movements. A new destination or additional passenger is assessed for timing and capacity, while event admission, internal access and programme operation remain with Salon Privé and Blenheim Palace.
