01 — The 2027 show
Start with the current Bett UK edition
Bett UK's official visitor page lists the show for Wednesday 20 to Friday 22 January 2027 at ExCeL London. FCET records Bett UK in full, together with the passenger's selected show day and first fixed commitment, so the journey is not confused with another education event or ExCeL exhibition. The organiser gives the venue as Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. That address establishes the event site but not an individual hall, entrance or vehicle handover point, which must come from current admission information and the public approach available on the day.
The official Bett programme is built around education technology and serves educators, leaders, solution providers and other professional attendees. A scheduled session, stand briefing, hosted meeting or team start time can therefore set a different arrival target for each passenger group. FCET asks which commitment leads the day and works backwards through every hotel, home or office collection. Time to unload personal belongings and complete the final indoor journey stays outside any promise about the venue address itself.
02 — Service on the day
Education teams can move on different schedules
Each delegate group receives its own hotel departure, Bett commitment and onward address, while one named contact coordinates changes without rewriting every vehicle instruction.
03 — Teams and delegates
Assign every traveller to the right vehicle
A school leadership team, supplier group or invited guest party can travel together when their schedules align. For several cars, a manifest records the people, collection address and destination attached to each vehicle, with one named contact able to approve a change. The same attendees may not travel together on all three days. A multi-day booking therefore holds a fresh passenger list and first commitment for each morning, keeping Wednesday's movement separate from Thursday and Friday.
Work bags, presentation cases, printed material and hotel luggage are declared with the full passenger count. FCET checks the sector carrying the greatest load before confirming a vehicle, including an evening movement that may add luggage collected after the show. First Class can suit one or two principals, while XL may help a small team remain together with its declared belongings. Oversized stands, equipment or freight require a different assessment and are not assumed to fit simply because the party has booked an event vehicle.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at ExCeL London
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — Business beyond Bett
Keep the evening address as its own movement
A Bett day can continue to a dinner, client meeting, station, airport or different hotel. The itinerary records the complete address, passengers and intended time for that sector, keeping it distinct from the morning show arrival and any other team's plans. If a meeting changes, the lead passenger updates FCET before the group begins moving. This keeps one confirmed instruction with the chauffeur and avoids competing messages from several delegates who may be leaving different parts of the venue.
The outward position is not treated as a guaranteed return point. The chauffeur checks the lawful public road position available for the event, and FCET confirms a usable reference with the lead passenger before the group begins the final walk. The completed booking names Bett UK 2027, the relevant date, every passenger group, carried items and onward address. Journey cost follows those agreed movements; a new destination receives a separate timing and capacity check before confirmation.
