01 — Current edition
Use the October 2026 benefits edition
Employee Benefits Live takes place at Excel London on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 October 2026. The organiser describes an event for HR, reward, benefits and people professionals seeking benefits solutions, practical guidance and peer exchange. FCET records the selected attendance day and the party's first fixed commitment. A conference session, supplier meeting, speaking call or exhibitor responsibility provides the requested arrival target; registration and programme access remain with the organiser.
Benefits leaders, reward specialists, HR colleagues, speakers and supplier teams can begin at different times. Each movement names its passengers, collection addresses, first engagement and the contact authorised to approve a change. Colleagues can share when their departure and first commitment align. Separate cars protect an early speaker call, buyer meeting or supplier appointment without imposing that timing on every attendee.

03 — Intent boundary
Separate benefits work from HR technology
Employee Benefits Live concentrates reward, benefits and employee wellbeing. HR Technologies UK is a separate workplace-technology event, while Learning Technologies London centres workplace learning and training. The itinerary retains the exact registration and first commitment rather than using a broad HR-show label. A later employer office, adviser meeting or client dinner becomes another movement with its own complete address and time. It is not inferred from the passenger's role or folded into the Excel journey.
Laptop bags, presentation material, compact supplier samples and hotel luggage are counted with the travelling party. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including any station, airport or hotel movement after the show. Display structures, bulk promotional stock and freight need separate handling. A passenger itinerary does not automatically include stand deliveries or undeclared exhibition cargo.

05 — Service on the day
Reward and benefits diaries remain separate
Each vehicle keeps the named passengers, first Employee Benefits Live commitment and complete onward address together, allowing benefits buyers, speakers and suppliers to follow confirmed schedules.
06 — Excel destination
Use the published Excel destination carefully
Employee Benefits Live lists Excel London's West Entrance and Hall S7 at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses the venue and booked time to agree a practical public-road reference; the event entrance does not promise a vehicle stopping place or waiting position. The return record keeps an intended collection window, lead passenger and complete next address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the group leaves its final commitment, reflecting the conditions then in force.
Before travel, FCET checks the 13–14 October 2026 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. The authorised contact supplies any confirmed revision with a complete time and address. Employee Benefits Live and Excel London govern registration, programme content and venue operations. FCET manages only the passenger movements and sectors it confirms.
