01 — Current edition
Use the current HR technology edition
HR Technologies UK returns to Excel London on Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 May 2027. Its official site describes a workplace-technology event for HR and talent professionals, giving the journey a defined professional purpose rather than a generic technology-show label. FCET records the selected day and the passenger group's first fixed commitment. A keynote, supplier meeting, demonstration, speaking call or exhibitor responsibility provides the requested arrival target; registration and programme access remain with the organiser.
HR leaders, talent and recruitment teams, technology buyers, speakers and suppliers can begin at different times. Each instruction records the named party, collection addresses, first HR-event commitment and authorised contact. Colleagues can share when their hotel departure and first engagement align. Separate cars protect an earlier speaker call or supplier appointment without forcing every attendee onto the same timetable.

03 — Intent boundary
Distinguish HR systems from workplace learning
HR Technologies UK concerns systems and services used across human resources and talent work. Learning Technologies London is a separate workplace-learning event whose audience centres learning and development, HR and training. Even when dates and venue coincide, the booking retains the exact registration and first commitment. A later employer office, recruiter meeting or client dinner is recorded as another movement with a complete address and time. It is not folded into the Excel journey under a broad HR-event description.
Laptop bags, slide material, compact HR-system demonstration devices and hotel luggage are declared with the travelling party. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including a station or airport journey after the event. Exhibition structures, freight and specialist HR-technology equipment need an assessment outside the passenger itinerary. A booking does not automatically include stand deliveries or undeclared exhibition cargo.

05 — Service on the day
HR and talent teams keep separate diaries
Each vehicle retains its named passengers, first HR Technologies commitment and complete onward address, so a speaker, buyer or supplier team can follow its confirmed schedule.
06 — Excel destination
Use the published Excel destination carefully
The organiser publishes Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses that destination and the booked time to agree a practical public-road reference; the venue address does not promise a particular entrance, stopping place or waiting position. The return instruction retains an intended collection window, a lead traveller and the complete next address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the HR group leaves its last commitment, reflecting the conditions then in force.
Before travel, FCET checks the 5–6 May 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Any confirmed revision comes from the authorised HR itinerary contact with its complete time and address. HR Technologies UK and Excel London govern registration, programme content and venue operations. FCET manages the passenger movements and sectors it confirms.
