Future edition details pending

Chauffeur travel for MOVE London

A conditional mobility-industry itinerary that does not reuse the concluded 17–18 June 2026 edition as a future date.

The service standard

One MOVE London itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — Current status

Use only a confirmed future MOVE date

MOVE's current official London pages still display the concluded 17–18 June 2026 edition at Excel London. As of this review, they do not publish a 2027 London date, so FCET will not present the 2026 schedule as a future booking or invent a replacement edition. A future enquiry remains conditional on the organiser confirming its date and site. Once that happens, the selected day and attendee's first fixed commitment can become the working arrival target.

The organiser frames MOVE around mobility, automotive, fleet, energy and technology leadership. A conference session, commercial meeting, demonstration or exhibitor responsibility gives the travel instruction a precise professional purpose. Each vehicle record names the passengers, collection addresses and responsible contact. Teams can share when their first appointments align, while a speaker or supplier group can retain a different timetable.

02 — The event day

Four moments for MOVE London

  2. Step 2ArrivalThe current address leadsTicket and organiser directions define the final walk.
  3. Step 3DuringThe next movement stays recordedLead contact and onward address remain with the itinerary.
  4. Step 4ContinueA message confirms the carThe chauffeur confirms a lawful public meeting reference.

03 — Intent boundary

Separate mobility technology from travel technology

MOVE concerns the future of mobility, including automotive and fleet subjects. TravelTech Show is a separate marketplace for technology used by travel businesses, and a general corporate roadshow may have no exhibition attendance at all. FCET records the exact confirmed event or business purpose. A client office, investor meeting or dinner is added as its own sector with a complete address and remains separate from MOVE by default.

Laptop bags, compact demonstration devices, presentation material and hotel luggage are assessed with the passenger count. The fullest planned sector governs vehicle capacity. Vehicle parts, batteries, large equipment, stands and freight require separate assessment. A chauffeur booking for people does not automatically cover technical logistics or exhibition deliveries.

04 — Service on the day

Future MOVE travel waits for confirmed details

The booking uses the organiser's next published London date and venue, then keeps each mobility-sector commitment and onward address attached to the correct passengers.

07 — Future destination

Confirm the destination after the organiser updates it

The concluded 2026 event used Excel London and postcode E16 1XL. That historical venue reference is not treated as proof of a future MOVE site, hall, entrance or vehicle handover point. For a confirmed future edition, FCET will use the organiser's then-current destination and a lawful public-road reference. The return will retain a named passenger, intended window and complete onward address.

Before accepting an event-specific movement, FCET will verify the future edition, venue, selected day, passenger names, first commitments, carried items and onward destinations. Until the organiser publishes those details, the journey remains an enquiry rather than a dated event plan. MOVE governs its programme, registration and venue operation. FCET manages only the passenger travel and sectors it confirms after current event details are available.
