The service standard
One TravelTech Show itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The current travel-tech event
Use the June 2027 Excel edition
TravelTech Show's official current site lists the next event at Excel London on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 June 2027. It describes a business marketplace connecting travel-technology buyers and suppliers, and identifies Northstar Travel Group as the producer. FCET records the selected day and first fixed engagement. A pre-arranged buyer meeting, supplier demonstration, speaking call or exhibitor briefing provides the arrival target; registration and meeting-platform access remain with the show.
Travel companies can attend to compare booking, payments, CRM, data, marketing and automation systems. Each movement names the passengers, first appointment and authorised contact so a company brief does not become a vague all-day transport instruction. Buyers and suppliers can share when hotel departures and first appointments align. If a speaker, exhibitor or hosted buyer follows a different timetable, separate records let each group retain its own arrival and onward plan.

03 — Three neighbouring shows
Keep TravelTech distinct from corporate travel and meetings
TravelTech Show focuses on technology for travel businesses. Business Travel Show Europe serves corporate-travel managers and suppliers, while The Meetings Show serves the meetings and incentives community. All three share the 23–24 June 2027 Excel dates, so the exact event name matters. FCET keeps the registration and first appointment beside the correct show. A passenger moving between programmes or continuing to a supplier office receives a complete address and separate sector rather than a merged 'travel show' instruction.
Laptop bags, demonstration devices, brochures, small sample cases and hotel luggage are declared together. Vehicle choice reflects the fullest sector, which can be an airport transfer after collected material has joined the load. Large stands, freight and specialist equipment require separate assessment. Ordinary passenger travel does not include unlisted exhibition cargo or imply responsibility for show deliveries.

04 — Service on the day
The exact show remains on every movement
Buyer, supplier and speaker journeys keep their own registration, first appointment and onward destination despite the three co-located shows sharing dates.

07 — Excel arrival and return
Confirm a practical public-road reference
FCET uses Excel London's published One Western Gateway address and the booked time to check a lawful public-road handover. The attendee follows current show information for registration, the correct programme and the final indoor walk. The return record holds an intended window, lead passenger and next complete address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public meeting reference before the group leaves its final appointment; a shared date does not create a shared collection point for the three shows.
FCET checks the 23–24 June 2027 edition, exact show name, passenger group, collections, first appointments, declared items and onward destinations. A meeting change enters the plan through the authorised contact with a complete time and location. Journey cost follows the confirmed cars and sectors. Northstar Travel Group, TravelTech Show and Excel London govern event content, registration and venue operation; FCET remains responsible for the passenger travel it confirms.
