The service standard
One Business Travel Show Europe itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The current corporate travel show
Record the June 2027 edition
Business Travel Show Europe's official pages list the 2027 event at Excel London on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 June. Presented by BTN Group, it is built for the corporate travel community, including travel managers, procurement professionals, HR and assistants who book business travel. FCET records the event title, selected day and One Western Gateway address. The first buyer meeting, supplier appointment, conference session or exhibitor responsibility then sets the working arrival time for each passenger group.
This is passenger travel to a named corporate-travel industry exhibition and conference. It is not a request to design or administer the attendee's company travel programme, approve suppliers or change the rules that govern their organisation's travellers. The movement plan instead coordinates confirmed addresses and times: a hotel collection, the Excel show, an office meeting, a client dinner or an airport transfer. Every sector retains the passengers and authorised contact responsible for it.

03 — A separate co-located event
Distinguish the show from The Meetings Show
Business Travel Show Europe centres on corporate travel management, procurement and the suppliers serving business-travel programmes. The Meetings Show is a separate co-located exhibition for the events, meetings and incentives community, connecting planners with destinations, hotels, venues and other event suppliers. The two events share 23–24 June 2027 and the Excel campus, so date and address alone cannot identify the correct registration. FCET keeps the exact show name and first appointment beside each movement to prevent the diaries being merged.
A corporate buyer and supplier team can travel together when their hotel departure and first meeting align. Hosted participants, exhibitors and colleagues with different appointment grids can use separate cars, each carrying named passengers, a contact and the next complete address. Laptop bags, brochures, display material and hotel luggage are declared before assignment. Capacity follows the fullest sector, especially when an onward station or airport movement adds suitcases to items already carried during the show.

04 — Service on the day
Corporate-travel appointments lead this show journey
Travel managers, buyers and suppliers can keep different first meetings, hotel departures and post-show addresses on separate vehicle records while one authorised contact coordinates changes.

07 — Excel arrival and return
Confirm the practical public handover
The booking uses Excel London's public address and the requested arrival time to check a practical public-road reference. The attendee keeps current show information for registration and the walk to the relevant programme area. At departure, a named contact receives confirmation of the usable public meeting reference before the party leaves its final appointment. The intended window and complete onward destination stay on the movement record even when the show diary changes.
FCET checks the 23–24 June 2027 edition, chosen day, show identity, passenger names, collection addresses, first appointments, declared bags and later destinations. Revised meetings enter the plan through the authorised contact with a complete time and address. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and sectors. BTN Group presents Business Travel Show Europe, Northstar Meetings Group presents The Meetings Show, and Excel London governs the venue. FCET remains responsible for the passenger movements it confirms.
