01 — The 2027 Meetings Show
Record the June edition and halls together
The Meetings Show's official current information lists the 2027 exhibition on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 June at Excel London, with Halls N2 and N3 named for the show. It describes an events, meetings and incentives community brought together by Northstar Meetings Group. FCET records the full event name, chosen day and One Western Gateway destination. That combination prevents a general reference to a meetings event from being assigned to the wrong date, hall or industry programme.
A hosted-buyer appointment, exhibitor briefing, education session or supplier meeting may set the required arrival. The passenger supplies the first fixed engagement, collection address and travel party, allowing the car plan to reflect the diary they will actually follow. Show registration and appointment access stay with The Meetings Show. FCET retains the timing needed for travel and keeps any client office, hotel, reception or airport after the exhibition as a separate sector with a complete address.

03 — June, not March
Distinguish The Meetings Show from Confex
The Meetings Show takes place on 23–24 June 2027 and focuses on connections between meeting and event planners and destinations, hotels, venues and suppliers. International Confex is a separate MICE-industry event at Excel London on 3–4 March 2027 for organisers and buyers across a wider range of event roles. Because both events use the same venue, the title and date remain beside every movement. A shared Excel address does not make the programmes interchangeable, and a car booked for one is never described as serving the other.
Passengers can share where their departure and first appointment align. When hosted buyers, exhibitors and colleagues follow separate diaries, each vehicle receives named passengers, a lead contact, the first engagement and the next destination. Work bags, brochures, presentation equipment and hotel luggage are declared before assignment. Vehicle choice follows the fullest movement, particularly where an airport or rail transfer adds cases after the show.

Hosted-buyer and visitor schedules remain distinct
Each vehicle carries the passenger names, show role, first scheduled engagement and complete next address, allowing separate appointment diaries to stay independent.
06 — Arrival and departure
Confirm the public handover from the named halls
FCET checks a practical public-road reference for the booked time using the Excel London address. The named halls guide the pedestrian destination, and the chauffeur confirms the usable public point and final walking direction with the lead passenger from current venue instructions. At the end of the show, the lead passenger receives confirmation of the usable public point before the party walks from its last meeting. The intended departure window and onward address remain in the same movement record.
FCET checks the 23–24 June 2027 edition, passenger names, show roles, collection addresses, first appointments, carried items and onward destinations. Changes to an appointment diary affect the transport plan only after the responsible contact provides the revised time and address. Journey cost follows the agreed vehicles and sectors. Hosted-buyer arrangements, exhibition access, education sessions and supplier appointments remain governed by The Meetings Show and Excel London, while FCET manages the confirmed passenger travel.
