The service standard
One London Tech Week itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The 2027 programme
Separate Olympia days from the London fringe
London Tech Week's official current page lists the 2027 programme from Monday 7 to Friday 11 June. Its expo and content stages run at Olympia London from 7 to 9 June, while the fringe event programme continues across London through 11 June. That structure creates two kinds of destination. FCET records Olympia for a confirmed expo commitment and uses the full supplied address for every fringe event, meeting or reception; the London Tech Week name alone never stands in for an off-site venue.
A speaking slot, arranged meeting, exhibitor briefing or investor appointment can each define the arrival target. The itinerary identifies that commitment, then attaches the correct passenger group and collection address so a shared event badge does not become a shared schedule by assumption. Olympia's venue listing does not identify a particular hall, registration desk or vehicle position. Delegates retain their programme and admission details, while FCET uses a lawful public handover reference that fits the current road conditions and confirmed venue address.

03 — Teams in motion
Assign each car to the people it carries
Colleagues can travel together when their first commitment and onward plan align. When agendas divide, each car receives named passengers, a complete destination and the person authorised to approve changes, preventing one executive's revised meeting from rewriting the whole team's instruction. Airport, station and hotel transfers remain their own sectors. A flight arrival followed by Olympia, or a conference departure followed by dinner, is recorded as a sequence of movements with the luggage and reporting needs that apply to each one.
Laptop bags, presentation material, display samples and hotel cases are considered together. Vehicle choice uses the fullest planned sector, which can be the final movement after delegates collect luggage or carry additional material from an exhibition day. First Class can serve a principal traveller, while XL may suit a small team with more declared belongings. Large display equipment or specialist freight is described before confirmation and assessed separately from the passenger journey.

04 — Service on the day
Expo days and fringe events keep their own addresses
Each movement carries the confirmed programme item, passenger group and full London address, so Olympia sessions and off-site fringe events are not collapsed into one destination.

Build each day from current addresses
A five-day brief records the date, passenger group, starting address and first fixed commitment for every service day. Hotel changes, fringe venues and evening engagements are updated against the relevant movement, keeping older addresses out of the active plan. Collection after an off-site event uses that event's full address and one lead passenger. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference for the booked time; no entrance, loading access or curb position is inferred from an invitation or programme title.
FCET checks the 7–11 June 2027 programme structure, every venue actually used, passenger assignments, collections, belongings and onward destinations. A late agenda change is accepted through the authorised contact and applied only after its timing and vehicle effect are clear. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and movements. Conference registration, event admission, venue operation and access-controlled spaces remain with London Tech Week, Olympia and the hosts of each fringe event.
