01 — The next edition
Start with the current invitation and published programme
The September 2026 London Fashion Week edition ran from Thursday 17 to Monday 21 September and has concluded. The British Fashion Council has not yet published a new edition's full public schedule. FCET therefore asks for the passenger's actual invitation and checks the current programme before confirming any future show movement. A designer name or broad calendar entry cannot replace the current invitation. The booking uses the event title, access wording, guest list and full London address supplied for the specific show, presentation, appointment or reception.
The official schedule mixes physical events, digital activity, appointments, presentations and other programme types. Its listed activity takes place at different locations, so London Fashion Week is treated as a multi-address programme and never assigned one fabricated venue pin. FCET checks the order of the passenger's confirmed addresses and the time allowed between them. A digital item creates no car movement unless the guest has a separate physical commitment, while a public event and an invitation-only show can carry different arrival instructions.

03 — Invitations and guest lists
Keep each admission instruction with its car
The schedule identifies public and invitation-only activity. Passengers send the current invitation or organiser wording for every physical commitment, allowing FCET to record who is travelling, where they need to arrive and which contact can approve a change. The chauffeur receives the public road address and timing needed for that movement, not confidential event material beyond what is required. A venue entrance, private forecourt or backstage area is never assumed to be available to the car.
A programme may involve guests, assistants, garment bags, presentation material and hotel cases in different combinations. FCET records the load for each sector before allocating First Class, XL or another suitable option from the fleet. When several cars are used, each has named passengers, carried items and an onward address. One coordinator can approve programme changes, while a passenger in every vehicle remains available for the immediate journey detail.

05 — Service on the day
Every invitation becomes a separate movement
The itinerary records each confirmed address, guest list, reporting time and onward destination, so no single London Fashion Week venue is assumed for the whole programme.
06 — Between scheduled events
Treat every transfer as a separate movement
An appointment may finish late, a presentation may use timed admission and an evening event may open at another address. FCET keeps the next confirmed commitment visible, then updates only the cars affected by an authorised schedule change. The car uses lawful public road access available at the time. No booking promises a particular kerb, private loading bay, stopping position or place to remain near a venue; the passenger boards after the chauffeur confirms a usable public reference.
London Fashion Week travel can begin at Heathrow, a central London hotel, a home or an office. Flight details, hotel addresses and any separate guest collections are attached to the relevant movement, not treated as background notes for the whole week. The final car has its own passengers, belongings and destination. Journey cost follows the confirmed itinerary, while a later addition is assessed as a new movement before it is assigned to a chauffeur or vehicle.
