The service standard
One Salon International itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The current hair show
Name the October edition and show role
Excel London's current listing places Salon International at the venue on Sunday 4 and Monday 5 October 2026. The professional hair-industry event brings stylists, barbers, colourists, educators, salon owners and brands together for stages, demonstrations, competitions and business content. FCET records the show name, selected day and One Western Gateway destination. A stage appearance, masterclass, competition report time or brand meeting becomes the requested arrival target.
A professional visit can combine education, product discovery and appointments. The earliest fixed engagement leads, while each later hotel, dinner, studio or station becomes a distinct sector with a complete address. Tickets, programme entry and stage instructions remain with Salon International. FCET uses the traveller's current information to coordinate collection timing, passenger names and the venue destination.

03 — Two co-located shows
Keep Salon International distinct from Professional Beauty
Salon International is the hair-focused show for professional stylists, barbers, colourists, educators and salon businesses. Professional Beauty London runs alongside it on the same dates, but its beauty and spa programme has separate stages, workshops and competitions for its own audience. The booking retains the exact registration name and first commitment. A mixed company group can share when timings align, while each traveller keeps the correct badge and programme details.
Hair teams should identify tool cases, product bags, presentation material and overnight luggage before confirmation. Vehicle choice follows the fullest movement, including expected return purchases or samples. Powered, sharp, pressurised or liquid items need packing details and may require separate agreement or an appropriate carrier. Only accepted items enter the confirmed journey.

04 — Service on the day
Hair teams keep tools and stage times together
The movement records each traveller's show role, declared kit, first fixed commitment and onward address, so education, competition and brand schedules remain attached to the correct passengers.

07 — Excel handover
Use one public reference and a final walk
The journey uses Excel London's public address and the booked time. Before travel, the chauffeur checks current road conditions and confirms a practical public-road reference with the lead passenger, who keeps the organiser's entrance and badge instructions for the pedestrian part of arrival. For the return, the booking retains the departure window, passengers, declared load and next address. A message confirms the usable public reference before the group leaves the exhibition.
FCET checks the 4–5 October 2026 edition, chosen show day, passenger names, professional roles, first commitments, collection addresses, carried items and later destinations. A revised stage or meeting time enters the travel plan only after the authorised contact supplies it. The agreed vehicles and sectors determine journey cost. Salon International controls admission and event delivery; Professional Beauty London controls its own programme; Excel London governs the venue. FCET remains responsible for the confirmed passenger movements in the booking.
