01 — 7–11 July 2027
Build the movement around the booked evening
Henley Festival’s official site identifies the 2027 event as Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 July. FCET records the exact evening, ticket details, any dining reservation and the time the party wants to reach the festival site before setting the first collection. Henley Festival is separate from Henley Royal Regatta. The booking names the festival in full so everyone works from the same event and date.
The organiser gives the festival address as Henley Bridge, Henley-on-Thames RG9 2LY. Its travel page publishes approaches through Henley using the A4130 and A4155, depending on the direction of travel, and identifies Henley-on-Thames as the nearest railway station. Those routes establish town context. The current ticket, pass and organiser instruction still govern the final movement; a postcode or an earlier year does not establish a gate, stopping place or collection permission.

03 — Formal evening travel
Choose the vehicle around people and clothing
Current festival information describes a black-tie dress code. Passengers should check the instruction supplied for their 2027 ticket, then tell FCET about formal clothing, coats, evening bags and any belongings needed for an overnight stay. First Class may suit a couple, while XL gives a larger group more cabin space. The choice follows the complete passenger and luggage list, including hotel or onward bags.
A Henley Festival car may collect from Reading, Wokingham, a Thames Valley home or a London hotel. Every additional address changes the departure sequence, so the requested festival arrival is worked backwards through the complete route. For several cars, each receives its own passenger list and destination. One organiser approves programme changes, with one passenger in each car available for journey updates.

04 — Service on the day
Evening collection is part of the outward plan
The chauffeur keeps the confirmed evening, lead passenger and onward addresses with the journey record, then checks the usable approach before the party begins its walk from the riverside site.

07 — The late finish
Keep the return as a separate timed movement
The outward handover and the later collection may use different road conditions or event instructions. FCET records a return window, lead passenger and recognisable public reference, then the chauffeur checks the usable approach before the group leaves the riverside site. Passengers stay together until the chauffeur confirms where the vehicle can be met. Late hotel arrivals, several home drop-offs or an early flight belong in the plan before travel.
Festival access, parking and collection arrangements can change between editions. Keep the current ticket and organiser travel instruction with the booking; a previous year's site plan does not authorise a chauffeur to stop or wait at its marked points. The confirmed itinerary uses exact addresses, festival date, requested arrival, party, belongings and return destinations. Journey cost follows that plan, with the current organiser directions retained for the travel day.
