Chauffeur travel for DTX Manchester 2027

A Manchester business-transformation itinerary for technology leaders, delivery teams, speakers and exhibitors.

01 — Current Manchester edition

Use the April 2027 DTX destination

DTX Manchester runs at Manchester Central on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 April 2027. The organiser presents Digital Transformation EXPO as a business-transformation event connecting technology, people and process across cloud, data, AI and cyber security. FCET records the selected day and first fixed DTX commitment. A strategy session, supplier meeting, demonstration, speaker call or exhibitor duty provides the requested arrival target; registration and access remain with the organiser.

Technology leaders, security teams, data specialists, developers and transformation managers may begin with different priorities. Each vehicle instruction identifies its passengers, collection addresses, first engagement and the contact authorised to approve a change. A shared departure works when the first commitments align. Separate cars protect an earlier speaker or exhibitor call without pulling every colleague onto that timetable, and each later office, hotel or dinner movement keeps its own complete address.

03 — Manchester intent

Distinguish this edition from DTX London

DTX Manchester is the Manchester Central edition and a core event of Manchester Tech Week. DTX London is a separate October 2026 edition at Excel London; the booking retains Manchester, the April 2027 dates and the correct registration. UCX Manchester is co-located on the same April dates but focuses unified communications, collaboration and customer or colleague experience. A DTX journey stays attached to the broader transformation programme even when travellers meet colleagues attending UCX.

Laptop bags, compact demonstration devices, presentation cases and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including equipment or material collected during the event. Large displays, racks, batteries, loose cabling, stands and freight require separate assessment. A chauffeur booking for delegates is not an automatic logistics service for exhibition or technical equipment.

05 — Service on the day

Transformation teams keep their own commitments

Each DTX movement retains the named travellers, first strategy or delivery commitment and complete onward address instead of reducing the Manchester edition to a generic technology event.

06 — Manchester Central

Use the address without promising an entrance

The organiser's travel page lists Manchester Central, Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX. That address identifies the destination but does not grant a particular entrance, stopping position, waiting place or collection permission. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return record retains an intended window, lead passenger and next full address, with the usable reference confirmed before the group leaves its final DTX commitment.

Before travel, FCET checks the 28–29 April 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first engagements, declared items and onward destinations. Confirmed revisions come through the authorised contact. DTX and Manchester Central govern admission, programme content and venue operations. FCET manages the planned passenger movements and vehicle sectors it confirms, without inferring event access from the venue address.
