01 — The official event record
Confirm the next edition before booking a date
The Royal Horticultural Society names the event RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival. Its live event page still describes the show held from 1 to 6 July 2025. An earlier RHS announcement anticipated a 2027 return, but the live page does not yet provide a future show date or ticket. FCET therefore does not treat July 2027 as a confirmed booking date. For a future edition, the journey instruction will use the RHS-published date, the passenger's actual ticket and admission time. Dates from 2025 or another RHS show cannot be carried forward as Hampton Court information.
The RHS gives the site as Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9AU. That establishes where the temporary festival is held, but the palace visitor journey and the festival operation are different: a normal visitor entrance cannot establish a show-day vehicle approach. FCET uses the travel wording released for the edition being attended and any direction supplied with the passenger's ticket. The chauffeur follows current signs and steward instruction, with no promise that a car may reach a gate, pause on a particular road or use an earlier edition's drop-off arrangement.

03 — An outdoor festival visit
Plan for the people and belongings travelling
The organiser describes the festival as a temporary outdoor event on open parkland. Passengers can tell FCET about mobility needs, outdoor clothing, day bags and expected purchases before the vehicle is selected, keeping every item within the declared passenger load. A couple may prefer First Class, while XL may suit a larger group or visitors carrying more belongings. The complete party and its fullest load determine the practical vehicle; the ticket type alone does not show how much cabin and luggage space is needed.
A festival journey may begin at a Berkshire home, a Heathrow hotel or several London addresses. FCET works back from the confirmed admission or hospitality time through each exact collection, adding loading and passenger handover to the road plan. For several cars, every chauffeur receives a named passenger group and onward destination. One organiser can approve changes, while a passenger in each vehicle remains available for immediate journey details and any revised instruction released for the festival day.

05 — Service on the day
The 2027 ticket will complete the road plan
The booking keeps the confirmed festival date, ticket instruction, lead passenger and onward address together, with the usable approach checked against the organiser's current 2027 travel information.
06 — After the garden festival
Keep the onward journey separate from arrival
The usable public road position later in the day may differ from the outward handover. FCET records a return window, lead passenger and onward address, then confirms a lawful public reference before the party leaves the event site. Guests remain together until the chauffeur's message identifies the car. A lunch, hotel stay, airport transfer or second address belongs in the confirmed itinerary so the return vehicle and carried belongings match the whole day, not only the first movement.
Hampton Court Palace is the historic event-site identity, yet it is not a vehicle handover approval. A future ticket, the edition's festival travel page and on-site direction must supply the final road context when a new show is confirmed. FCET confirms the passenger addresses, ticket date, requested arrival, party, belongings and onward destinations as one itinerary. Journey cost follows those agreed movements, while an event access change is handled through the named lead passenger.
