01 — Current technology edition
Anchor the plan to Hospitality Tech360
Hospitality Tech360 runs at Excel London from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 April 2027. The organiser describes a marketplace for hospitality innovation and growth, serving technology decisions from hotel operations to the restaurant floor. FCET records the chosen day and first product demonstration, leadership session, supplier meeting, roundtable or exhibitor duty. That named commitment gives the journey its arrival target within the wider Food, Drink & Hospitality Week.
Operations, IT, data, finance, marketing and guest-experience leaders may examine different systems and business outcomes. Each vehicle instruction identifies the travellers, collection address, opening appointment and authorised contact. Separate cars protect an early integration workshop, senior roundtable or vendor demonstration. A later head-office, hotel, restaurant or investor meeting is entered as another sector with a complete address rather than inferred from the attendee's role.

02 — Service on the day
Technology decisions retain their business owner
The itinerary keeps each operations, IT, data, finance or guest-experience group with the first Hospitality Tech360 commitment and complete next address.
03 — Intent boundary
Separate digital systems from general hospitality supply
Hospitality Tech360 centres technology and innovation used to operate and grow hospitality businesses. HRC covers the broader hotel, restaurant and catering environment, including equipment, foodservice, design and tableware; The Pub Show follows pub-sector operations. Retail Technology Show is a separate event for retail systems, and IFE follows food-and-drink sourcing. The booking retains Hospitality Tech360 when the first commitment is a hospitality platform, data, payment or operational-technology decision.
Laptops, tablets, compact demonstration devices and hotel luggage are declared for capacity. FCET does not need system credentials, customer data, commercial dashboards or the confidential content of vendor discussions. Large terminals, kiosks, batteries, network racks, exhibition structures and freight require separate logistics. Passenger transport does not include system installation, unattended device custody or commercial equipment delivery.

06 — Excel reference
Confirm the road handover independently
For this edition, the published destination is Excel London at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET checks a practical lawful public-road reference for the confirmed time without converting the venue address into an access, stopping or waiting promise. The departure plan holds an intended window, lead passenger and full next destination. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the final technology appointment finishes, while organiser guidance controls movement through the event.
Before travel, FCET checks the 5–7 April 2027 edition, selected day, passengers, origins, first technology commitments, declared devices and onward addresses. The organiser describes this as an industry-only event with professional registration checks, so visitors should confirm their own admission before setting a journey time. Only the authorised contact changes the confirmed travel record. Hospitality Tech360, Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and Excel control professional verification, admission, content and venue operations. FCET remains responsible for the passenger movements and vehicles it confirms.
