The service standard
One London Stationery Show itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current edition
Use the current stationery trade-show dates
London International Stationery Show returns to the Business Design Centre on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 May 2027. Its official site presents the event as a destination for arts, crafts, writing and paper buyers, with brands, new designs, talks and workshops. FCET records the selected day and the passenger's first fixed commitment. A buying appointment, supplier meeting, workshop, speaking call or exhibitor responsibility becomes the useful arrival target.
Retailers, buyers, brand teams, designers and suppliers may follow different schedules. Each vehicle instruction names the passengers, collection addresses, first engagement and the contact authorised to approve changes. Teams can share when their first appointments align. Separate cars allow an exhibitor, speaker or buyer group to keep an earlier or later timetable without rewriting another party's journey.

03 — Intent boundary
Separate stationery retail from design festivals
London Stationery Show is a dedicated trade event for stationery, writing and paper products. London Design Festival is a city-wide design programme, while Retail Technology Show focuses on retail systems and technology. A generic exhibition booking loses those useful distinctions. FCET keeps the show registration and Business Design Centre destination together. A showroom, supplier office, dinner or second event receives its own complete address and time.
Work bags, catalogues, compact product samples and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest planned movement, including items collected during the show. Large display units, bulk stock and freight require separate assessment. Passenger travel does not automatically include exhibition deliveries or commercial inventory movements.

07 — Venue address
Use the Business Design Centre address carefully
The show names the Business Design Centre, whose official visitor page publishes 52 Upper Street, London N1 0QH. FCET uses that destination to check a lawful public-road reference but does not claim an entrance, loading area, stopping right or waiting permission. For the return, the booking retains an intended window, lead passenger and onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the party leaves its final appointment.
FCET checks the 11–12 May 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first engagements, declared items and onward destinations. The authorised contact provides any confirmed change with a complete time and address. London Stationery Show and the Business Design Centre govern registration, programme content and venue operations. FCET manages the passenger travel and sectors it confirms.
