The service standard
One Taste of London itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Returning in 2027
Wait for the organiser’s confirmed session dates
Taste of London’s official site says the event will return in 2027 and describes its summer home in The Regent’s Park. It has not yet published the 2027 dates, so FCET does not turn a previous year’s June schedule into a current booking fact. Once dates and sessions are released, the booking records the ticketed day, admission window and any dining, demonstration or hospitality commitment. That time anchors every collection.
The organiser’s current travel page identifies the festival location as The Regent’s Park, Outer Circle, London NW1 5HA. The site sits within a large public park, so the address identifies the event area without promising that a vehicle can reach an entrance or stop beside the festival boundary. The guidance says parking around the park is limited and names Baker Street, Regent’s Park and Great Portland Street as nearby Underground stations. FCET follows the eventual 2027 travel and ticket instructions.

03 — Timed food-festival sessions
Make admission and dining plans visible to the chauffeur
A daytime visit, an evening session and corporate hospitality can produce different requested arrival and departure times. The passenger supplies the confirmed session, party size and any fixed reservation so the car plan reflects the actual visit. Day bags and expected purchases should be declared. First Class may suit a couple, while XL may suit a larger party or guests with hotel luggage.
Taste of London travel may begin at a central London hotel, a home, an office or a Berkshire address. Each pickup changes the departure time, and the booking uses the complete address rather than a generic area label. When several cars serve one host, each has its own passengers and destinations. One organiser approves programme changes, with a named passenger in every car.

07 — Leaving the park
Give the return its own time and contact
The outward approach may not be usable when a busy session ends. FCET records a return window, lead passenger and recognisable public reference, then the chauffeur checks the current approach before the party begins walking from the festival. Any dinner, theatre, hotel, station or airport connection should be declared before travel. Guests stay together until the chauffeur confirms the public meeting reference.
When the organiser releases the 2027 programme, confirm the ticketed session and any dining commitment. The travel plan then uses each guest's actual collection address and the current event approach guidance. Give FCET the requested arrival, party size, belongings and onward destination. The confirmed itinerary and journey cost follow those details rather than an assumed park entrance or travel time.
