The service standard
One Emergency Services Show itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Next edition
Use the confirmed 6–7 October 2027 edition
The Emergency Services Show will take place at NEC Birmingham on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 October 2027. The organiser describes an event for frontline response, resilience and public safety across police, fire and rescue, ambulance, search and rescue, voluntary and support services. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A seminar, briefing, speaking call, supplier appointment or exhibitor responsibility provides the requested arrival target; admission and professional access remain with the organiser.
Service leaders, practitioners, resilience teams, speakers, exhibitors and suppliers may begin and finish at different times. Each vehicle instruction names its passengers, collection addresses and the contact authorised to approve a change. Shared travel works when the first commitments align. Separate cars allow a speaker, leadership group or supplier team to follow its confirmed timetable without delaying another party.

03 — Intent boundary
Separate the show from security expos and operations
The Emergency Services Show concerns emergency response, resilience and public safety. International Security Expo is a separate security-industry event at Olympia London. Neither event journey is an emergency response, patient transport or operational mobilisation service. A later headquarters, hotel, station or supplier meeting is another planned sector with a complete address and time. FCET does not infer an operational destination from a uniform, employer or conference badge.
Work bags, uniforms, personal protective clothing, compact demonstration cases and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed passenger movement. Controlled items, emergency equipment, medical products, large displays, vehicles and freight require separate specialist assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include operational or exhibition cargo.

04 — Service on the day
Planned event travel stays separate from response
The itinerary covers named passengers attending the show, their first commitment and complete onward address; it never substitutes for operational emergency transport or mobilisation.

07 — NEC destination
Use the NEC destination without claiming priority
The organiser and NEC identify the show at the NEC Birmingham, postcode B40 1NT. FCET agrees a practical public-road reference for the booked time; event attendance creates no vehicle priority, blue-light status, entrance right, stopping entitlement or waiting permission. The return record retains an intended window, lead passenger and complete onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the party leaves its final show commitment.
Before travel, FCET checks the 6–7 October 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Any confirmed change comes through the authorised contact. The Emergency Services Show and the NEC govern registration, programme content and venue operations. FCET manages only the planned passenger movements and sectors it confirms.
