The service standard
One International Cyber Expo itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Next cyber edition
Anchor the plan to the November 2027 expo
The organiser lists the next International Cyber Expo at Olympia London on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 November 2027. Its official site presents an exhibition, summit and stage programme for people who buy, build, govern and supply cybersecurity products and services. Confirm the programme and admission details closer to travel. FCET records the chosen day and first fixed engagement. A summit session, supplier demonstration, hosted-buyer meeting, speaking call or exhibitor duty becomes the arrival target; the organiser remains responsible for admission and programme access.
A CISO, security architect, policy lead, investor and supplier representative may attend the same expo for different work. Each vehicle instruction identifies its passengers, collection address, opening commitment and the contact authorised to approve a change. Shared travel works when those details align. Separate cars preserve an earlier briefing, live demonstration or buyer appointment while another group follows a later stage session or client meeting elsewhere in London.

03 — Intent boundary
Keep cyber work distinct from physical security
International Cyber Expo centres digital security, cyber threats, resilience, products and professional knowledge. International Security Expo is separately branded around physical and operational security; the organisers list both at Olympia on 24–25 November 2027. Separately, Infosecurity Europe runs at Excel London in June 2027. The booking therefore keeps the exact expo name, Olympia destination and November dates together instead of relying on the word security alone.
Passenger count, laptops, compact demonstration equipment and hotel luggage determine capacity. FCET needs the number and handling needs of cases, not passwords, client data, network diagrams or the confidential content of a briefing. Large racks, batteries, controlled equipment, exhibition structures and freight require separate assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include specialist technical logistics, secure courier work or custody of unattended devices.

07 — Olympia destination
Use the venue address without inventing access
The expo FAQ gives Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, Kensington, London W14 8UX. FCET uses that destination and the booked time to confirm a practical lawful public-road reference; the address does not itself grant stopping, waiting or backstage access. The return plan retains an intended window, lead passenger and full next address. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the party leaves its final expo commitment, while current steward or organiser directions govern the venue approach.
Before departure, FCET rechecks the 24–25 November 2027 edition, selected day, named travellers, collections, first commitments, declared cases and onward destinations. Only the authorised contact changes the confirmed movement record. International Cyber Expo and Olympia control admission, content and venue operations. FCET remains responsible for the passenger journeys and vehicle sectors it confirms, including any separate hotel, office or dinner movement.
