The service standard
One The Security Event Europe itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current European edition
Use the April 2027 NEC event
The Security Event Europe runs at NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 April 2027. The organiser describes a commercial, enterprise and domestic security event for manufacturers, distributors, installers, integrators, consultants and end users. FCET records the chosen day and first fixed commitment. A product demonstration, supplier meeting, education session, speaker call or exhibitor responsibility sets the requested arrival target; registration and trade access remain with the organiser.
Security professionals can attend with different project, procurement and technical agendas. Each vehicle record names its passengers, collection addresses, first engagement and one contact authorised to approve a change. Shared travel works when the first commitments align. A separate car protects an installer briefing, consultant meeting or speaker call without moving the wider group onto the same timetable.

03 — Intent boundary
Separate commercial security from other events
This NEC show centres commercial, enterprise and domestic security products, demonstrations and education. International Security Expo is a different named event at Olympia London, while the Emergency Services Show addresses response, resilience and public safety. The booking therefore keeps The Security Event Europe, its NEC destination and April 2027 dates together. A later client site, office or dinner becomes a separate sector with a complete address rather than a generic security-event journey.
Work bags, document cases, compact demonstration devices and hotel luggage are counted with the travelling party. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed passenger movement. Controlled items, large systems, tools, stands and freight require separate specialist assessment. Event attendance does not grant permission to carry undeclared security equipment in a passenger vehicle.

04 — Service on the day
Commercial security projects remain distinct
The itinerary keeps each installer, consultant or buyer group with its Security Event commitment and onward address, without implying operational security transport.

07 — NEC Hall 5
Use the hall detail without claiming road access
The official when-and-where page lists Hall 5 at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1NT. The hall identifies the event space; it does not establish a vehicle entrance, stopping entitlement, priority or waiting position. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return keeps an intended window, lead passenger and onward address, with the usable reference confirmed before the group leaves its final commitment.
Before travel, FCET checks the 27–29 April 2027 edition, selected day, passengers, collections, first engagements, declared cases and onward destinations. Confirmed changes come through the authorised contact. The Security Event Europe and the NEC govern admission, programme content and venue operation. FCET manages only the planned passenger movements and sectors it confirms.
