The service standard
One The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current London edition
Use the September 2027 show identity
The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show runs at Excel London on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September 2027. Its official site describes a trade event dedicated to restaurants, pubs and bars and places it within the London Food & Drink Festival. FCET records the chosen day and first buyer meeting, supplier appointment, seminar, speaker call or exhibitor responsibility. The organiser handles registration and proof of trade status; FCET handles only the passenger journey.
Restaurant groups, pub operators, bar teams, contract caterers, wholesalers and foodservice suppliers can arrive with different purchasing and operating priorities. Each movement names the travelling group, collections, first commitment and authorised contact. Shared travel suits teams whose first appointments align. A separate car can protect an exhibitor reporting time, speaker call or buyer diary while the wider group retains its own schedule and complete onward addresses.

Distinguish the London show from April events
The Restaurant Show is now integrated into Food & Drink Expo at NEC Birmingham in April 2027. The Pub Show is another separately named April event at Excel, while this National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show has September dates and a combined restaurant, pub and bar remit. The booking therefore keeps the full event name, Excel destination and 22–23 September 2027 edition together. A restaurant reservation, public food festival or unrelated hospitality visit is a different journey purpose.
Work bags, menus, compact sealed samples, presentation material and hotel luggage are declared before vehicle assignment. Buyer teams may collect more material during the day, so capacity follows the fullest intended movement. Perishable or temperature-controlled products, alcohol consignments, large equipment, displays and freight require separate assessment. Passenger travel does not automatically include commercial product logistics, storage or stand delivery.

07 — Excel address
Confirm a public reference, not an assumed entrance
The organiser names Excel London, and the venue publishes One Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. That address does not itself grant a particular entrance, stopping place, waiting right or collection priority. FCET confirms a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return retains an intended window, lead passenger and onward destination, while current organiser and venue directions control movement within the event campus.
Before departure, FCET checks the 22–23 September 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and later destinations. Only the authorised contact can supply a confirmed change, complete time and address. The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show, the London Food & Drink Festival and Excel govern admission, show content and venue operation. FCET manages the passenger movements and vehicles it confirms.
