01 — Current edition
Use the June 2027 decorating show
The Painting & Decorating Show takes place in Hall 3 at NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 22 to Thursday 24 June 2027. The current organiser material describes a trade event with products, live demonstrations, practical workshops and expert-led content for painters and decorators. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A supplier appointment, demonstration, workshop, speaking call or exhibitor responsibility provides the requested arrival target; registration and hall access remain with the organiser.
Painters, decorators, contractors, specifiers, trainers, speakers, manufacturers and merchants may not share the same opening engagement. Each vehicle instruction names the passengers, collections, first commitment and authorised contact. Published hours are 10:00–17:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday and 10:00–16:00 on Thursday. Record the selected day before agreeing a return: a Thursday visitor has an earlier published close than colleagues attending either of the first two days, without implying a fixed road journey time.

02 — Service on the day
Finishing-trade commitments remain named
Each vehicle keeps its painter, decorator, contractor or supplier group with the first Painting & Decorating Show commitment and complete onward address.
03 — Intent boundary
Distinguish finishing work from co-located trades
This show is built for painters and decorators, with tools, techniques, live demonstrations, hands-on workshops and expert talks described by the Painting & Decorating Show organiser. InstallerSHOW spans installation, Professional Woodworking Expo serves woodworking and joinery, and PlantWorx concentrates working construction machinery. The itinerary retains the exact registration. Ideal Home Show is a separate consumer home event in London. A later decorating project, merchant branch or client appointment becomes another movement with its own address and time rather than part of the NEC label.
Work bags, colour cards, wallcovering books, compact sealed samples, small clean tools and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector. Open paint, solvents, large containers, powered spraying equipment, long tools, display structures and freight require separate assessment. Passenger travel is not an automatic materials or stand-delivery service.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at NEC Birmingham, Hall 3
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — Hall 3 destination
Use the Hall 3 address without inferring access
The organiser publishes Hall 3, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1NT for the 2027 show. Hall information guides the passenger's destination but does not grant a vehicle route, entrance, set-down right, waiting area or collection permission. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return record keeps the intended window, lead passenger and next full address, with the usable reference confirmed before the party leaves its final commitment.
For a Tuesday or Wednesday visit, use 17:00 only as the published show close and keep a later supplier or team commitment explicit. For Thursday, use the separate 16:00 close; do not copy a return window from one of the longer days. Hall 3 is the published show destination. Keep that hall name with the passenger instruction, but confirm the lawful public-road handover separately because a hall label does not assign a vehicle entrance or collection position.
