02 — The terminal handover
Where the chauffeur meets you at Blackbushe
At Blackbushe, agree the landside meeting point and flight operator or handling contact before dispatch. This general aviation airfield is not a scheduled-flight terminal, so the airport name alone does not identify the passenger door. The chauffeur uses the reception named in the booking, holds a name board at the agreed landside point and keeps the passenger contact available. No airside vehicle access is assumed.
For a departure, the car approaches via the signed A30 entrance for the Terminal Building, Blackbushe Airport, Camberley GU17 9LQ, following the operator's current gate and reception instruction. The operator's current instruction identifies the permitted landside set-down or parking-side point for that flight. The chauffeur assists with the booked luggage and hands the passenger over at the confirmed reception, while airfield staff control access beyond it. A dated airfield photograph is not a guide to the current passenger entrance.

04 — The return collection
Landing time starts the arrivals plan
A private or general aviation arrival does not follow a scheduled terminal's public arrivals-hall process. FCET uses the flight information supplied for the booking, while the passenger or handling contact confirms when the party is ready at the agreed landside reception. Landing time alone does not identify the release time or authorise access beyond the airfield boundary.
The booking includes 15 minutes of complimentary airport waiting. If the party needs longer, the passenger or authorised contact updates the office and chauffeur. The vehicle uses the landside reception or parking-side point confirmed with the passenger and airport contact, subject to the current operator's instruction. The chauffeur helps with declared luggage at the accessible landside point before confirming the onward address.

06 — The airfield
A terminal-building meeting, confirmed for your flight
Blackbushe's terminal building is the airport's published contact address, but the operator or flight contact must confirm the landside passenger door and permitted vehicle point for the particular movement. Historic airfield views are not current access guidance.
07 — From Berkshire and London
Planning the road journey to Blackbushe
The planning guide from Reading is 13.1 miles and 30 minutes; from Wokingham it is 8.7 miles and 20 minutes. From central London, allow around 42.7 miles and 73 minutes as a broad route guide. The precise collection address, traffic and airfield reception approach can change the time required, so the booked pickup is set against the requested reception arrival.
Give us the flight, facility, pickup address, passenger mobile and substantial luggage. The journey cost is confirmed at booking for that itinerary. FCET is available 24/7, uses DBS-checked chauffeurs and has provided chauffeur-driven travel since 2004. A return sector carries its own flight and meeting instruction, so the outward set-down note is not used as the arrivals collection plan.
