02 — The terminal handover
Where the chauffeur meets you at RAF Northolt
RAF Northolt is a secure military station that also handles civilian flights. Flying passengers report to Whitehouse Gate on West End Road with valid photographic ID, after the operator has notified RAF Northolt of the movement. The chauffeur, driver and vehicle need the handling team's access instruction; all may be checked against the flight manifest. Agree the authorised landside meeting point before dispatch. No airside vehicle access is assumed.
For a departure, the car approaches via West End Road to Whitehouse Gate for flying passengers, following the operator's prior notification and access instruction. RAF Northolt directs general visitors to its Main Gate, but flying passengers use Whitehouse Gate. The chauffeur carries valid photographic ID and follows the handling team's gate, vehicle and set-down instruction. RAF staff control access beyond the gate; the dated Main Gate photograph below is not passenger wayfinding.

04 — The return collection
Landing time starts the arrivals plan
A private or general aviation arrival does not follow a scheduled terminal's public arrivals-hall process. FCET uses the flight information supplied for the booking, while the passenger or handling contact confirms when the party is ready at the agreed landside reception. Landing time alone does not identify the release time or authorise access beyond the airfield boundary.
The booking includes 15 minutes of complimentary airport waiting. If the party needs longer, the passenger or authorised contact updates the office and chauffeur. The vehicle uses the authorised landside gate or terminal vehicle point reconfirmed by the handling team for the arrival, subject to the current operator's instruction. The chauffeur helps with declared luggage at the accessible landside point before confirming the onward address.

06 — The airfield
A working airfield with controlled access
The runway is part of an active RAF station. Passengers and chauffeurs use only the authorised landside gate or reception point confirmed for their movement.
07 — From Berkshire and London
Planning the road journey to RAF Northolt
The planning guide from Reading is 34.9 miles and 51 minutes; from Wokingham it is 31.1 miles and 50 minutes. From central London, allow around 14.8 miles and 46 minutes as a broad route guide. The precise collection address, traffic and airfield reception approach can change the time required, so the booked pickup is set against the requested reception arrival.
Give us the flight, facility, pickup address, passenger mobile and substantial luggage. The journey cost is confirmed at booking for that itinerary. FCET is available 24/7, uses DBS-checked chauffeurs and has provided chauffeur-driven travel since 2004. A return sector carries its own flight and meeting instruction, so the outward set-down note is not used as the arrivals collection plan.
