Chauffeur travel for IFE 2027

A finished food-and-drink sourcing itinerary for retail, wholesale, foodservice and hospitality buyers, brands and exhibitors.

01 — Current IFE edition

Build the plan around the April 2027 sourcing event

IFE, the International Food & Drink Event, runs at Excel London from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 April 2027. The organiser presents it as a professional food-and-drink sourcing event within Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. FCET records the selected day and first brand, distributor, buyer or stage appointment. Registration and access remain with the organiser; the journey is timed to the confirmed commercial commitment supplied by the passenger.

IFE serves buyers and suppliers across retail, wholesale, foodservice and hospitality. A category buyer reviewing finished ranges, an importer meeting producers and a brand presenting new products can need different arrival times and follow-up addresses. Each car keeps its named group, collection address and opening meeting. Separate vehicles protect a buyer's fixed appointment list while another team handles exhibitor reporting, export conversations or an evening meeting away from Excel.

03 — Intent boundary

Separate market-ready products from manufacturing inputs

IFE concentrates on sourcing food and drink products for commercial channels. IFE Manufacturing is the co-located event for product development, ingredients, packaging and production support; Speciality & Fine Food Fair has its own speciality-producer and buyer identity. HRC follows hospitality operations and equipment, while The Pub Show serves pub businesses. One badge may cover the group of events, but the chauffeur record uses the passenger's actual first show and appointment; later hall visits stay distinct.

Work bags, catalogues, compact sealed samples and hotel luggage are declared together. A buyer may leave with more material than they brought, so capacity is based on the fullest intended sector rather than the morning collection alone. Perishable or temperature-controlled goods, alcohol consignments, large quantities, display equipment and freight need separate assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically provide food logistics, storage or commercial delivery.

05 — Service on the day

Finished-product sourcing stays accountable

The movement record keeps each retail, wholesale, foodservice or hospitality buyer group with its first IFE brand meeting and complete onward address.

06 — Excel address

Keep venue identity separate from car access

IFE's venue page gives Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses the venue and booked time to check a practical lawful public-road reference without inferring a hall entrance, stopping right or waiting place. The return instruction retains a planned window, lead passenger and complete destination. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the final buyer or supplier meeting ends, while current organiser directions control movement within the event.

Before travel, FCET checks the 5–7 April 2027 edition, selected day, passengers, collections, first sourcing commitments, declared samples and onward destinations. A supplier office, hotel or dinner is listed as its own addressed sector. IFE, Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and Excel control verification, admission, programme content and venue operations. FCET remains responsible for the passenger movements and vehicles it confirms.
