01 — New 2027 format
Use the Fair's new 2027 format
Speciality & Fine Food Fair will run at Excel London from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 April 2027 as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. The organiser confirms there was no 2026 edition and that the Fair has moved from Olympia, so an old September Olympia plan is not current. FCET records the selected day and first buyer, supplier, stage or exhibitor commitment. The Food, Drink & Hospitality Week setting remains attached to the Fair's speciality-food purpose.
The Fair connects speciality food and drink brands with professionals across retail, hospitality, foodservice, manufacturing, import and export, and wholesale. Different buyer and producer teams can therefore need different reporting times and appointments. Each vehicle keeps named passengers, collection addresses and one authorised contact. Teams share only when their first commitments and return plans align.

02 — Service on the day
The new Fair identity leads the journey
The record keeps Speciality & Fine Food Fair, Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, the Excel destination and the passenger's first sourcing commitment together.
03 — Intent boundary
Separate the Fair from restaurant and public dining
Speciality & Fine Food Fair is an industry sourcing event within Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. The Restaurant Show is integrated into Food & Drink Expo at the NEC Birmingham, while Taste of London is a public food festival. A restaurant reservation or progressive dining evening is a different chauffeur occasion. The exact Fair name, Excel destination and April dates stay together on the booking. A later restaurant, supplier office or hotel receives its own complete address and time.
Work bags, compact sealed samples, catalogues and hotel luggage are counted together. Buyers and exhibitors may carry more on departure, so the return load matters when capacity is assessed. Perishable or temperature-controlled products, alcohol consignments, large displays and freight require separate assessment. Passenger travel does not automatically include commercial product logistics.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at Excel London
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — New destination
Use the new Excel address, not the former Olympia site
The organiser publishes Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL for the 2027 Fair. FCET uses that venue address to check a lawful public-road reference without claiming a hall entrance or stopping permission. The return instruction retains an intended window, lead passenger and onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the party leaves its final trade commitment.
Before travel, FCET checks the 5–7 April 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, first commitments, declared samples and onward destinations. Confirmed changes come through the authorised contact with a complete time and address. The Fair, Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and Excel govern registration, admission and venue operation. FCET manages only the passenger movements it confirms.
