The service standard

One The Health & Safety Event itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — Current H&S edition

Use the April 2027 NEC event

The Health & Safety Event runs at NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 April 2027. The organiser dedicates the event to improving occupational health and safety standards for people responsible for safe and efficient workplaces. FCET records the chosen day and first fixed commitment. A seminar, practical workshop, supplier meeting, speaker call or exhibitor responsibility provides the requested arrival target; registration and professional access remain with the organiser.

Health and safety leaders, occupational-health teams, risk managers, facilities professionals, trainers, speakers and suppliers may start with different sessions. Each vehicle instruction identifies its passengers, collections, first engagement and authorised contact. A shared car works when the first commitments align. Separate movements preserve an earlier workshop or exhibitor call while later office, hotel or client journeys retain their own complete addresses.

03 — Intent boundary

Keep occupational safety distinct from adjacent shows

This event focuses health and safety management in industrial, commercial and public-sector workplaces. The Fire Safety Event Europe concentrates fire protection, while The Workplace Event covers workplace experience and facilities innovation. The booking uses the full Health & Safety Event name and its selected day. A shared NEC date does not make the co-located programmes interchangeable, and each traveller's first commitment stays on the correct record.

Work bags, compact personal protective equipment, training material, small samples and hotel luggage are counted with the party. Vehicle class follows the fullest confirmed passenger movement. Controlled products, hazardous materials, large equipment, stands and freight need separate specialist assessment. Attendance at a safety event does not permit undeclared commercial or test goods in a passenger vehicle.

04 — Service on the day

Safety roles follow the correct programme

The movement record preserves each occupational-safety group's workshop, supplier or speaker commitment and complete onward address despite the co-located event series.

07 — NEC destination

Use the venue without making an access claim

The current FAQ lists Halls 2 and 3 at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1NT. Those hall details identify the event location but do not grant a vehicle entrance, set-down entitlement or waiting permission. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return retains an intended window, lead passenger and next full address, and the usable reference is confirmed before the group leaves its final session.

Before departure, FCET checks the 27–29 April 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Confirmed changes come through the authorised contact. The Health & Safety Event and the NEC govern admission, programme content and venue operations. FCET manages the planned passenger travel and vehicle sectors it confirms.
