The service standard
One The Workplace Event itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current workplace edition
Plan for the April 2027 NEC event
The Workplace Event runs at NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 April 2027. Its current site describes a gathering for workplace and facilities-management professionals, focused on workplace experience, facilities products and services, and workplace performance. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A leadership session, supplier meeting, product review, speaking call or exhibitor duty provides the requested arrival target; registration and programme access remain with the organiser.
Facilities, HR, technology, real-estate, design and architecture professionals can follow different agendas. Each vehicle record names its passengers, collection addresses, opening engagement and one contact authorised to approve a change. Shared travel works where those details align. Separate cars protect an earlier summit or exhibitor call, while a later office visit, property meeting or team dinner remains a distinct movement with a complete address.

03 — Intent boundary
Separate workplace experience from building systems
The Workplace Event connects workplace experience and facilities management across people, space, services and performance. Smart Buildings Show is a separate event about connected building systems, while Employee Benefits Live focuses reward and benefits. The Health & Safety Event is separately branded despite sharing the NEC dates. The booking therefore keeps The Workplace Event, the selected programme commitment and each passenger group together rather than using a generic workplace label.
Laptop bags, presentation material, small workplace-product samples and hotel luggage are declared with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed movement, including items collected during the show. Furniture, large displays, installation tools, batteries, stands and freight require separate handling. A chauffeur booking does not automatically provide facilities logistics or exhibition delivery.

07 — NEC Hall 3A
Keep venue detail separate from vehicle access
The official site lists Hall 3A at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1NT. The hall helps identify the event but does not establish an entrance for the car, a stopping right, a waiting position or collection permission. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return record retains an intended window, lead passenger and onward address, with the usable reference confirmed before the party leaves its final engagement.
Before departure, FCET reconciles the 27–29 April 2027 edition, chosen day, named travellers, pickup addresses, opening engagements, declared items and next destinations. Only the authorised contact changes the confirmed record. The Workplace Event and the NEC control registration, content and venue operations. FCET remains responsible for the planned passenger movements and vehicle sectors it confirms.
